Agriculture, Ecoloic and European Affairs: France's ministries are restructuring

Because the Ministry for the Energy Transition has been eliminated in the government of France's new Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, there is now another reorganization. A familiar face is moving to the Ministry of Agriculture.
