Johannes Laitenberger – from the Commission to the CFI

After many years in the Commission, Johannes Laitenberger is now a judge at the European Court of First Instance (CFI). The EU veteran wants to improve the processes between the CFI and the ECJ, and also reduce the burden on the ECJ.
