EPP: Weber proposes Catalan Dolors Montserrat as Secretary General.

EPP party leader Manfred Weber proposes that MEP Dolors Montserrat from Spain should become Secretary General of the European party family. The 51-year-old is to be elected at the congress in Valencia at the end of April. She is currently one of five group vice-presidents.
