Von der Leyen plans to 'gradually' introduce 'Buy European' criteria in defense

In a press conference, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen explained that the funds under the ReArm Europe plan should benefit European industry. However, she plans to find ways to include countries such as the UK and Norway.
