New industrial alliance: approval for Berlin's renewable energy initiative

The German government can count on a lot of support for its initiative to promote the production of renewable energy technologies in Europe. It is said, that EU Industry Commissioner Thierry Breton will explicitly support Berlin's initiative at the Competitiveness Council today.
