Micro summit: Europeans disagree on peacekeeping forces

According to Keir Starmer, the UK is prepared to take a leading role in a peacekeeping force in Ukraine. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, however, criticizes the discussion as premature and sets conditions. Anyone expecting unity after Emmanuel Macron's micro summit was disappointed.
