Foreign Affairs Council: Kaja Kallas fails for the first time due to Hungary's veto

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas set a new course at her first Foreign Affairs Council but immediately came up against old blockades. Together with Slovakia, Hungary blocked sanctions against Georgia's pro-Russian leadership.
