DSA: Wissing's implementation proposal meets with criticism

The Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport has submitted the draft bill for the Digital Services Act for departmental approval. The law implements the national components of the Digital Services Act. The national coordinating body is to be based at the Federal Network Agency – but sharp criticism is immediately being voiced about the other responsibilities.
