Ban on products from forced labor: concern about Germany's abstention in the Council

Negotiations on the EU ban on products from forced labor begin on Tuesday with the first political trialogue under time pressure. It remains to be seen whether victims will receive compensation by law. It is also questionable whether the German government will agree.
