The Digital Services Act is currently in the trilogue, but the question is already being asked: Who will enforce the rules? In an interview with Europe.Table, Tobias Schmid, Director of the Media Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesanstalt für Medien NRW) and European Commissioner of the Directors' Conference of the Media Authorities (DLM), claimed the role of "Digital Service Coordinator" in Germany for federal media supervision.
