Spain votes on July 23. The incumbent Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez is trying to restore his damaged image. He sees himself primarily as a victim of the conservative media and the economic right. Polls see opposition leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo in the lead, but he may need the right-wing Vox party to get into office.
