UNFCCC: What most UN countries’ adaptation plans lack

The good news from a recent UNFCCC report: Many countries have submitted their National Adaptation Plans, and many plans are comprehensive and well thought out. But the necessary funding is lacking – a challenge for the negotiations at COP30.
