German government coalition committee: Fewer new gas-fired power stations than initially announced

The latest agreement within Germany’s governing coalition stipulates that only an initial 8 gigawatts will be put out to tender, and these must be convertible to hydrogen. The aviation levy is set to be reduced from July.
