Climate in Numbers: Germany slips two places in the Climate Change Performance Index

In the Climate Change Performance Index compiled by Germanwatch and the New Climate Institute, Germany ranks only 16th out of 63 countries. The main reason is the lack of progress in buildings and transport. Overall, however, the authors see reason for hope.
