Steiner: 'Many developing countries cannot afford the energy transition'

Achim Steiner, head of the UN Development Program, warns that many indebted countries can hardly afford the energy transition. He calls for more concessionary loans and investment partnerships. He believes developed countries could learn from the successes of poor countries in the energy transition.
