UN Ocean Conference: Insufficient marine conservation harms climate goals

Thousands of experts from politics, business and civil society are expected to attend the UN Ocean Conference in Nice. Hopes are high, but expectations for tangible results are low. Countries around the world do not even spend ten percent of the funds needed for marine conservation.
