NDCs 2035: How countries' blockade undermines UN synthesis report

UNFCCC cannot provide any projections or temperature estimates in its current synthesis by NDCs because only a third of the countries have submitted their reports. Despite a positive trend, progress is far too slow to achieve Paris climate targets.
