Flasbarth: 'Leadership means helping to shape things as a reliable partner'

State Secretary for the Environment Jochen Flasbarth believes that Germany is "already holding up quite well" in the climate negotiations. Other countries expect leadership from the EU and Germany. Flasbarth wants to keep the International Climate Initiative at the same level in his ministry's budget.
