Brandenburg climate check: Why the government plan leaves many open questions

As in Saxony, lignite dominates Brandenburg's climate policy. Due to German reunification, emissions have hardly decreased structurally and successes often come from outside. The government has settled on a climate plan that leaves many questions unanswered.
