Xi writes letter to American friend

Xi Jinping has advocated for better relations between China and the United States beyond the political and economic tensions between the two nations. In a letter to long-time acquaintance Sarah Lande from Muscatine, Iowa, US President Xi Jinping encouraged more personal exchanges between the two superpowers.
