Trade dispute: USA and China reach preliminary agreement

On the sidelines of the ASEAN summit, the US and China agreed on a “preliminary consensus” in the trade dispute, which must now go through the respective internal approval processes. A final agreement could already be signed at the meeting between Trump and Xi in South Korea.
