Hong Kong Stock Exchange suspends trading of Country Garden shares

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has suspended trading in the shares of the highly indebted Chinese real estate group Country Garden following a breach of regulations. Meanwhile, the housing market in the People's Republic shows no sign of recovery.
