Demographic crisis: Ningbo entices couples with wedding vouchers

The eastern Chinese city of Ningbo is offering wedding vouchers worth CNY 1,000 to couples who marry this year. The initiative is meant to counter the decline in marriages and ease demographic pressures. The program runs through the end of the year.
