Mediation: German lawyers will serve as mediators in China in the future

Disputes are on the rise in China. To ease the burden on the courts, the new “Commercial Mediation Law” will take effect on May 1. German lawyers will then also be allowed to mediate in China. In this interview, lawyer Ralph Koppitz explains why he thinks this is a good idea.
