Qin Gang ousted – predecessor Wang becomes his successor

Qin Gang has not resurfaced, but at least he is now officially removed from office. Somewhat unoriginally, his predecessor Wang Yi is again taking over the foreign ministry. The leadership's lack of transparency allows rumors to sprout and damages its reputation.
