Biden and Xi: New tone, despite 'dictator'

Joe Biden has repeated that he considers Xi Jinping a dictator. This time, however, the outcry from Beijing was surprisingly quiet. Both presidents are genuinely interested in a rapprochement and support each other in difficult policy areas.
