'China's claim to be a mediator is something we must respect'

The former head of the Munich Security Conference, Wolfgang Ischinger, believes it is a mistake to simply dismiss China's paper on the Russia-Ukraine war, since Beijing is not truly neutral. German conservatives call for China policy Zeitenwende

EU unveiled plans to secure raw materials
