75 years of the People's Republic: Chinese dream for some, nightmare for many others

On the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Communist Party is celebrating the supposed fulfillment of the Chinese dream of unity and economic prosperity for all. But for Uyghurs and Tibetans, this anniversary is above all a reminder of 75 years of oppression and repression. The Chinese dream is a nightmare for them.
