Uganda and Tanzania: Commonwealth threatens suspension

The Commonwealth has placed Tanzania and Uganda on its formal list for possible suspension. To prevent this, the countries must improve the human rights situation in their countries. However, dealing with the two members is also a balancing act for the Commonwealth.
