WFP: Why humanitarian aid for Somalia is at risk of being cut off

From April onward, the World Food Programme (WFP) is expected to require additional funding to sustain its humanitarian operations in Somalia. Expectations toward the German government are correspondingly high, as the potential security repercussions would extend well beyond the country’s borders.
