Energy transition monitoring: Reiche wants to overhaul EU hydrogen policy

The Germany Ministry of Economics wants to change the EU's legal framework for producing hydrogen and is willing to accept a higher capacity utilization of gas and coal-fired power plants. A study makes good arguments for a large power plant operator.
