Tobacco control: Regulatory Scrutiny Board criticizes Commission’s evaluation report

The Commission has announced a new legal framework for tobacco control for the fall. The evaluation report on the existing legal framework, which the Commission recently published, had been rated “negative” by the Scrutiny Board.
