DNA: BEREC warns of key weaknesses in the Commission’s draft

The association of national regulators views the Digital Networks Act with skepticism. BEREC fears increased centralization, reduced competition, and new bureaucracy – and therefore questions whether the Commission’s draft will achieve its objectives.
