EU court confirms enforcement of fine against Poland

Was the EU Commission allowed to withhold funds earmarked for Poland because of a decision to impose a penalty payment? The former government did not think so and took legal action. The court ruled in favor of the Commission.

MFF: Baden-Württemberg against uniform plans per member state

The state government of Baden-Württemberg is positioning itself against the financing plans that will be negotiated between the Commission and the Member States in the next Multiannual Financial Framework.
