Hohlmeier on Covid reconstruction fund: 'Funds are barely traceable'

Monika Hohlmeier (CSU), Chairwoman of the Budgetary Control Committee in the European Parliament, voices fundamental criticism of the implementation of the Covid Reconstruction Fund (RRF).
