Xi in France: This is Macron's focus

"We must do everything we can to engage China on major global issues," Emmanuel Macron said ahead of Xi Jinping's planned visit to France on Monday. Without China, there would be no stable peace in the world's conflict regions.

Huawei profit increases by 564 percent

The Chinese technology group Huawei is taking more and more market share from its US rival Apple. Despite the US sanctions, the company reported an increase in profits for the fourth quarter in a row. Phone sales increased by 70 percent.
