Mali: USA in negotiations on security agreement

According to a report by Reuters, the US is close to concluding an agreement with Mali that would allow Washington to once again deploy aircraft and drones over Mali. The United States had previously lifted sanctions against Mali’s Defense Minister Sadio Camara at the end of February.
