CeMAS study: How Russia aims to discredit German development policy through disinformation

Targeted misinformation about development cooperation has now become a textbook tactic in disinformation campaigns. Russian government agencies, in particular, are expanding their activities in this area, as a new CeMAS study highlights, citing the case of USAID, among others.
