New Greenpeace study: Europe’s security policy is being undermined by a costly competition over military projects

The authors of a new Greenpeace study criticize that a fragmented defense policy is preventing the development of an effective European security policy. In terms of military spending, the European NATO member states, together with Canada, outspend Russia.
