Bundestag’s Budget Committee approves combat drone procurement and sets contract limits.

The Bundestag’s Budget Committee has approved the procurement of combat drones for the German Armed Forces. At the same time, it capped the contracts at €1 billion each and stipulated that any additional call-offs beyond this ceiling will require renewed parliamentary approval.
