Building Modernization Act: German Federal Environment Ministry approves proposal after minor amendments

The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety has signed off on the Building Modernization Act despite the failure to meet its central demand. The cabinet aims to have the revised bill passed by the Bundestag before the summer recess.
