CeMAS study: How Russia is seeking to discredit German development policy through disinformation

Targeted misinformation about development cooperation has now become a standard feature of disinformation campaigns. A new CeMAS study shows that Russian state agencies in particular are expanding their activities in this area, citing the case of USAID among others.
