Constitutional reform: Kazakhstan wants closer cooperation with China in the future

Kazakhstan is in the middle of a constitutional reform process. Against that backdrop, its ambassador in Beijing has announced plans to deepen cooperation with China. This will also include new container terminals and railway links.
