NATO's eastern flank: What the Cyber and Information Space Command is investigating in Lithuania

As part of the Vigilant Owl mission, German electromagnetic warfare soldiers are being deployed to Lithuania for a month. They are to help with the surveillance and reconnaissance of the eastern flank.
