Türkiye: COP31 host sends conflicting signals on phasing out fossil fuels

As host of COP31, Türkiye is sending mixed signals: While it intends to support the international phase-out of fossil fuels, it remains unclear how actively it will pursue the issue. There is still no national plan to phase out coal.
