Ukraine finance: European Commission proposals for exceptions to the ‘buy European’ criteria

Around EUR 60 billion of the total EUR 90 billion in financial aid to Ukraine will be used for military expenditure. The majority of funds will be used to purchase European-made products, but exceptions will be allowed.
