Humanitarian visas: Hardly any admissions under section 22 sentence 2 of the Residence Act

The gates remain closed: Contrary to its own statement that Germany wants to offer people protection again as part of humanitarian individual admissions, the Federal Ministry of the Interior hardly allows any exceptions.
