“Uber for trucks” plans US IPO

Tencent-backed Full Truck Alliance is planning its IPO in New York, according to media reports. The company, which has also been dubbed “Uber for trucks,” intends to raise up to $1.5 billion, according to news agency reports. That amount would make the venture the second-largest US listing by a Chinese company this year, after that of e-cigarette maker RLX Technology.
