Thousands protest against Fudan University in Budapest

Thousands of people have demonstrated in Budapest against the planned construction of the controversial offshoot of China’s Fudan University. They marched towards parliament in the Hungarian capital on Saturday, several media reported. The demonstrators criticised the fact that an institution controlled by the Chinese Communist Party is to be financed with Hungarian tax money.
