Roderick Kefferpuetz is a Senior Analyst at the Mercator Institute for China Studies (Merics) and a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.

China and Russia want a different world order, says Roderick Kefferpütz of Merics. The difference between the two unequal partners lies in the division of roles. Russia is responsible for the rough actions and is destroying the world order; the war against Ukraine is the best example.
